Can you believe that we have already lived in Michigan for a month already???
I can't believe it either. Time has been flying and we have already started to do things to the house to clean it up and get it ready for some big renovations. In my last post, I had shown all the water we got with the rain. Well, within 24 hours of taking those pictures, all of it was gone! And we only got a little bit of water in our basement. Our basement is nothing that we could ever live in, but it is great for storage. Over the last week, Brian and I have cleaned and painted all the walls and we got the floor painted as well. We have also fixed up some drainage problems from our gutters and downspouts and I have cleaned up most of the flower gardens. What's next??? We will be turning the playroom into our new living room. All the walls need to be insulated and those beautiful big windows are actually plastic, so we will be taking those out and putting in new (real) windows.
But enough about the house. Here are the latest pictures of the girls. Another milestone we have reached is that the twins turned 18 months a few short weeks back. They can both say about 45 words or short phrases. They love discovering and exploring this house and the love to RUN!!!! Typically in different directions!

Seriously, these girls can pull quite the faces....this was from Monday. We got to go outside and play!!!!
I have no clue why she had to carry around that baby bottle, but she always does seem to have a necklace on.
