Wordless Wednesday.

Universal Day #5

Wednesday -Day 5 we got to spend at Universal Studio's. And it was adults only!!!! Grandma and Grandpa graciously stayed at the condo and had a Grandparents day with all 5 girls so we could have an adult day to ourselves. 

We had a great time. We got there almost as soon as they opened after a quick trip to CVS pharmacy. Diane, Jason and I all needed some cold medicine to make it through the day. 

So, as soon as we got there we headed to the back to go see the Happy Potter exhibit and we were glad we did. It got busy really quick. 

But, we did to spend some time in Hogsmead,

Then we went on the rides. We went on the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. I was honestly scared. I hate roller coasters so I held on for dear life and had my eyes closed the whole time. Brian, Diane and Jason said it was pretty cool though. But, I made a deal with Brian, for every roller coaster I went on I got to get a T-shirt for the girls. You will get to see pictures of the girls in those later!

We also went on some less intense rides in the Dr. Seuss area. It was really cool and next time we are going to bring the kids here! It was a lot less busy and less wait time for the rides.

Yea, someone didn't like my ride choice to go on the Dr. Seuss train ride.

Then we went on the Cat in the Hat ride, it was just like the book and very cute. 

Then they yelled at me about having my camera out and something about no flash photography....I just wanted my pictures people!!!

We had a great time though and can't wait to go back.

Overall, our trip was a huge success!!!! The girls all behaved really well, we only had a few minor meltdown and we had lots of great family time. 

So what's next for this Timmer family??? 

Well, our house is officially for sale, so if you know anyone who is in the market to buy a house close to St. Louis, Missouri, let me know. And next month we are going to be hosting our Friends Winter Weekend Getaway, which is going to be a LOT of fun. And after that, March will be here and well, we will hopefully be moving. It's going to be crazy busy time so say a prayer for us that our house sells quickly and that when the time comes we can get everything and everyone moved to South Haven Michigan!!!!!

Things I never want to forget about Florida 2013

So here I sit, it's the end of our vacation, the girls are all asleep and the mini is all packed. At dinner tonight I sat and thought about all the things that I don't want to forget about our vacation...so here is my list.

1. Family time with our cousins.

2. Grandma taking the little girls in the morning so we could go back to sleep.

3. Aunt Diane and Charlotte snuggles.

4. "Freeze Ray!!!!" (it's on Despicable Me)

5. Listening to Addison and Abi yell "Freeze Ray" at each other at 9:00 p.m. while they are trying to fall asleep.

6. Seeing 5 little girls faces as we went into Cinderella's castle.

7. Having Savannah and Charlotte fall asleep in Ariel's Grotto.

8. Watching Addison and Abi play together.

9. Watching Lauren with the twins.

10. Deciding where the three older girls would sleep every night.

11. Seeing Harry Potter at Universal Studios.

12. Me going on 3 rollercoasters at Universal Studio's in exchange for 3 t-shirts for the girls.

(I HATE rollercoasters)

13. Going to the beach when it was 50 and rainy.

14. Picking oranges with Uncle Ed.

15. Going to the beach with Great Grandma.

AND #16. Trying to kill a cockroach at 1:30 a.m. and failing.

It ran under a locked door.

We had a great trip, and we are very much looking forward to going home tomorrow and seeing Presley and Mocha again. I'm sure they are ready to come home too!

Now for this 14 hour car ride....

Florida Day #3 at Disney

This is how we rolled. We borrowed a stroller from the condo for Addison and away we went.

Then the babies started to have a meltdown in line to Ariel's Grotto. But it still was a lot of fun.

Ya this really happened....the babies fell asleep on the ride!

Everyone had so much fun, the babies did really well, the older girls loved it and then all 3 girls slept on the ride back to the condo.
