Water water everywhere....

And we are getting some more today!

This is the side yard....with a little bit of junk that we hauled out of the garage and basement.

My backyard swimming pool!

Other side of my backyard

And the west side of our house.

Yes, we are forecasted to get another 1-2 inches of rain today. But it is draining pretty well and hopefully we won't get a lot of water in the basement.

So, anyone want to go swimming?

While Daddy is away.........

Guess what we did????

Haha, just kidding, Brian told me since Addison was born that she had to verbally say the words "I want my ears pierced" before I could go and crate her away to have this done. And since she turned 3 she has been asking. Well, Brian didn't want to go with me to take pictures so it turned into after we move and my mom has a free day kinda thing. Well last night we went and got them done!!!!! She did such a great job, and she was so brave. She cried for about a minute and then when she saw the "pretties" in her ears, she was all better and smiled and giggled because she loved them so much!

Picking out what kind of earrings to get.

Sitting in the big girl chair.

Cleaning her ears.

She wasn't sitting still, so I told her to hold her face still....this is what I got.

Making the purple dots.

Ready, set....

oh tears for a moment...

Grandma was all ready with treats and she smiled she was so happy

See!!!!

Oh and she got a sucker for being such a big girl!!!

Randomness

Just a bunch of quick, photos from over the last 2 weeks that really didn't fit under any title, so here they are.

Breakfast at Grandma Timmer's...we were getting goofy.

Charlotte.

Savannah

At the park by the new house.

In the backyard playing.

And then there is this child. I will give you 3 guesses, but most of you will probably only need 1.

It was Savannah.

And poor Charlotte. She had such a miserable nasty cold this past week that she was so tired that she crawled up onto the couch by herself and I wrapped her in a blanky and she promptly fell asleep.

South Haven

It has been quite the adventure moving everything and everyone to South Haven. We have owned the house for just over 2 weeks, lived there for 10 days, all 3 girls are sick and I am staying at my parents house until tomorrow when Brian come home from St. Louis.

But I did manage to snap some quick pictures of the house on Thursday and this is what the house looks like.

The huge 3 seasons room that the girls call the play room.

Our living room. (Sorry about the dark photo, I didn't look to see how the pictures were turning out as I was taking them.)

Dining room. Addison feels like a queen, she gets to sit in the window seat for all meals.

My kitchen.

Laundry room into one of the bathrooms.

Love this bathroom

Addison's room

The little girl's room

Our Master bedroom

And oh yeah, there is this...that's my front door, and that's the sunset overlooking the lake.
