Ashley's wedding!!!!

The day my baby sister got married.

It was a beautiful day surrounded by lots smiles, hugs, family, and a few tears. 

And some rain.

Ashley and I got to the church around 8a.m. that morning so we could get going on our hair. Kellie showed up around 9ish and by 11 it was pouring. Ash didn't get her pictures at the beach, but I don't think she will be disappointed with the pictures that she did get. They are beautiful!!!!!

Fall pictures.

After months and months of suffering through the heat and humidity of St. Louis we finally got a break. And it just so happened to be last week while the girls and I were in Michigan. So I pulled out the girls fall clothes and after lunch one rainy day mom and I tried to snap a few quick pictures of the girls outside. 

This first one Savannah was less than thrilled

but she started to warm up

Then it really started to rain. We all made a dash to the barn to see if we could wait it out and in the meantime we got a few more pictures of the girls by the crates that my dad made for Ashley's wedding.

Later that day we tested out the hair bows I altered for the girls.

Wednesday was rehearsal for the wedding. And Addison was a great little flower girl!

Another day Grandma and Addison made rice krispie treats. Daddy thought they were delicious.

11 months

Wow...where did the time go??? Can you believe that in just 26 short days I will be posting that these little girls are 1!!!!!! I don't know if I ready for that yet. 

Today, Addison and I packed away all the bottles and threw out the little bit of formula we had left. These babies sorry toddlers are done with bottles and formula!!!!! 

Well last weekend we got to celebrate with Aunt Ashley and now Uncle Bryant at their wedding. The girls all did great. Addison walked down the isle very sweetly and came and stood by me and then threw all her flower petals on the ground. And the babies rode very nicely in their wagon. They didn't try to stand up or scream or try and climb out of the wagon. And don't worry I will have pictures....it just might be a few weeks!

But to celebrate the babies being 11 months I figured it was time to catch a few more pictures of these little girls.

 Being very coy....you wouldn't guess it from the picture but I caught this picture in between 2 very loud ear-piercing screams.

Then she got distracted by the huge pile of shoes in my closet. And tried to make a get away with some of my flip-flops.

See. They get distracted very easily.

Then tonight after our walk we let the girls roam around for a few minutes before going back inside. Here's Charlotte. Trying her hardest to walk and push her walker threw the stones.

Here is Savannah and Addison with her new scooter. 

And do you see this...Miss Savannah can walk!!!!!

She thought it was a lot of fun walking down the driveway!!!

Start of September

The start of our September has been a little busy but I wanted to add these pictures for a friend. She had a birthday carnival for her two kids today and it was a blast. Addison had so much fun and the babies had a great time watching everything!!!

And they had a balloon lady to make balloon animals and stuff. Addison got a headband to match her outfit!!!

Then after the party I tried to get a picture of Addison with her headband...but she just wanted to play.

At least you know you can always get a smile out of these two. :)
