Easter 2011

Easter is here!!!!
And Addison loved every moment of it. We started off the day at church and then she crashed at home. But after that an Easter Bunny came and left eggs all over our basement. (If you didn't know, it hasn't stopped raining since last week, and it doesn't plan on stopping until Wednesday. So it makes it kind of hard for an Easter Bunny to come when she doesn't like getting rained on :)

But first we are in that stage where she is discovering that mommy's shoes are fun to walk around in. It's so cute!

We had some help from our neighbor's devouring the candy the Easter Bunny left behind.

Thanks Nate and Brooke!

Can you tell she has an O.C.D. daddy???
We loved picking up all the mess egg's and putting them where they belong.

And she loves Jelly Beans!

P.S. so does daddy! :)

Addison's 1 year pictures!

Yay!!! We did it! Addison's 1 year birthday pictures are finally done.

I have been just a little side-tracked! :)

Anyway, we went to someone new and we loved her! It took Addison a couple of minutes to warm up but after she did, we got some beautiful smiles out of her!

And then she wanted to be done. But, our photographer asked if Addison liked Cheerios. (She really isn't used to Timmer children eating habits, but that's okay.) And then we got some pretty cute other photo's too!

Enjoy!

Making Pizza

Last night Addison and I made pizza for supper. She is such a super helper. She helped mix the dough, shape the dough and she even helped roll out the dough. But, we accidentally rolled it out to big. So after placing the dough on my pizza pan, I cut the extras off and gave them to Addison, thinking she would squish it in her hands or throw it on the floor. Not my little baker. She wanted to be just like Mommy and "make" her own pizza.

First, you need to roll out your dough.

I mean really roll out your dough.

Then add flour if the dough is sticky.

Flour is fun mommy!!!!!

It makes clouds when you clap it together!!!!!

If dough is still sticky, then add more flour.

Pat it in.

Roll it in.

And then you should have really yummy pizza dough!
Or a really big mess that mommy has to clean. :)

Here's hoping that your day is as fun filled as discovering how fun flour is!
Enjoy!

Multiple Blessings.

God is truly an amazing God!

Well, to start off with, when we were on our Grand Cayman vacation back in February we found out that I was pregnant again! Brian instantly, was in denial.

So fast forward to March. We went in for what we thought was going to be our 8 week prenatal visit. We had an ultrasound and they told us I was indeed pregnant and our baby looked healthy. But we were only 6 weeks along, not 8. They gave us our Due Date which is October 27.

Two weeks later (March 17) Addison and I went to the Dr. again to have another ultrasound for an official 8 week scan. And we discovered that we were not pregnant with one baby but two!!!!!!! We are having twins and could not be happier! Brian is still recovering from an even bigger shock and is just starting to come back to life.

But, in our ultrasound they could not find a membrane separating the babies. So, I went home and started to google what this could mean. I didn't really like what I found and I did a LOT of praying and we waited very patiently for today.

Today's ultrasound did find a membrane and the babies are both very healthy and growing wonderfully. Baby A was showing off it's modeling skills with one arm behind it's head and Baby B was busy doing a happy dance.

Below are some of the pictures from today. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!!! And I can't wait to be a mom of 3 under 2!!!!!

Our u/s tech was awesome. She even let us see the Babies is 3D today. Which is something they don't normally do until 20 weeks!!!!

Lately...

Someone (I won't say who) has been missing Addison.
So, I just wanted to send a few pictures this morning of what she has been up to lately.

She got new spring jammies and she loves them!

She also got golf clubs.
She thinks she is so cool and can't wait to go golfing with daddy! :)
