Christmas Comes Early!

We got a special surprise today!! We had asked for a playhouse for the girls for Christmas from Grandma and Grandpa Timmer and Grandma made work of getting it earlier this week. And we got an email today that our special surprise was in. So after getting our flu booster shots we went and picked it up.

It JUST fit in my mini van with all 3 kids. Plus we had my double stroller in their too. I think the guy who helped bring the special surprise to the car was impressed that we could fit it all in my van.

Addison is in love with it. Once I told her it was a playhouse she got very excited.

So excited that she ran into the kitchen and got out the screw drivers to start putting it together.

Momma!!! There is a playhouse in there!!!

We gave up on the screwdrivers and went straight for daddy's tools.

Someone had fun with them!

Then we had to see what had to be done next.

All done!!!! Thankyou Grandma and Grandpa Timmer!!!

Then we got the babies up from their nap and showed them the special surprise.

They were way excited too!!!

Charlotte discovered that it has a doorbell.

Savannah loves it...I think it everyone's favorite part.

We have it set up in Addison's room for Winter. Then when it gets nice out again we will move it to the back porch. I'm sure we will get to have lots of tea parties in here.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Where did November go???? It feels like I was just putting away Halloween stuff and now here we are getting out Christmas stuff. Busy, busy, busy!!!!

We had a great time being home for Thanksgiving. We got to spend lots of time with our families, had lots of cousin time, I got to lots of shopping and Brian and I even got to get away (child free) for a day!!!!! Thanks Aunt Diane!!!!!!

But here we are with December only 2 days away and I have a feeling that December is going to be just as busy as November. We have lots planned already and I think it's going to be lots of fun!!! Instead of doing Christmas gifts for the girls this year (since we are not at our house for Christmas) I am doing a 25 days of Christmas. Lots of it is going to be activities, projects and doing things like going to see Christmas lights and Santa. If you want my full list, just send me an email or send me a message on facebook. And yes, I will try and post pictures of all the activities too!!!

Alrighty, well here are the girls getting the house all ready for Christmas.

Addison has been busy doing stickers...Addison style. Sorting/sticking them together according to shape.

Please excuse the laundry basket on the kitchen counter. :)

Then this past Monday she helped me set up the tree.

Savannah tried to help bring me ornaments for the tree.

That really didn't last to long though. 

Charlotte helped too.

We found new comfy ways to use my favorite chair.

And I tried to take pictures of the girls with the tree, but someone didn't want to cooperate.

Not the next day though. She tried to crawl/walk behind the tree....it didn't go so well. 

This morning we are all playing downstairs while I finish this and a few other things. The girls all love playing down here. It's like having a whole second house with all new toys every time!!!
