A couple of people have been asking about the house lately so I figured it was time for another update.
Brian has the hearth and bottom stones laid for our fireplace and the pillars built. (stone has to go on them yet) He is going to put the same stones from the bottom in pillars and them a beam is going to sit on top of that. We did pick out our mantel this past Saturday. Brian sister and brother-in-law just had a barn moved to their farm and we got to pick out a beam for our mantel. It looks awesome and I can't wait for it to be installed!!!
This is the ceiling. All that is needed here is the can lights to be completed and then a ceiling fan installed.
The 3 goof pots that tried to help me clean the room today. It didn't go well.
One last picture....just need some carpet (that is ordered and shipped and to be installed sometime soon!) and some outlet and light covers and hopefully then we are done!!!! I can't wait!
Just in time for the next big project...that starts next week!!!!!! Stay tuned! :)
